Martin Bree Speaks at Community Health Centers of Arkansas Annual Conference

Martin Bree, an attorney in the firm’s healthcare and grants law practices spoke at the June 20, 2012 annual meeting of the Community Health Centers of Arkansas, the Arkansas primary care association.

Mr. Bree’s presentation, “Risk Management and the FTCA, Where Do Their Paths Cross?” provided the audience of health center CEOs and CMOs with an understanding of the Federally Supported Health Centers Assistance Act, credentialing and privileging requirements for health centers, and the concept of enterprise risk management.

Mr. Bree is a member of the New Jersey Bar and is not licensed in Washington, DC. His practice is limited to federal health care matters.
