Michael Glomb, partner in the firm’s healthcare and grant law practice, spoke at the May 8, 2012 meeting of NCHE, which focused on the importance of community engagement among healthcare providers.

Mr. Glomb addressed the new requirements for Section 501(c)(3) hospitals under the Affordable Care Act and the role that federally qualified health centers can play in collaboration with other providers in providing a demonstrable benefit to the community. NCHE is an independent chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
