Brendan M. Tyler is an associate in the Federal Grants and Health Care Practice Groups. Mr. Tyler focuses on litigation matters and assists clients on a range of transactional matters pertaining to managed care, the Medicare and Medicaid programs, the 340B program, the federal anti-kickback and self-referral prohibitions, and the Public Health Service Act.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tyler served as the Director of Operations for a strategy firm based in Memphis, TN where he developed field plans for state and local electoral and state lobbying campaigns, negotiated and drafted agreements, and oversaw compliance of the firm’s vendor relationships.

While pursuing his law degree at Duke University, Mr. Tyler worked as a research assistant in the Law School, and also worked for the Council of Institutional Investors where he drafted and edited comment letters and assisted in the preparation of amicus curiae briefs.
