Brittney A. Rudolph is an Associate in the firm’s Health Care and Federal Grants practice groups. Ms. Rudolph assists health care entities, including Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), federal grant recipients, and other organizations on litigation matters and a range of transactional matters pertaining to contracting, regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse, and reimbursement matters.

Ms. Rudolph also provides counsel to FQHC clients regarding how to address governance, management, and operational challenges and remain compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and guidance.  In particular, she advises clients regarding the Public Health Service Act, its implementing regulations, and guidance from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), including the Health Center Compliance Manual, and other federal agencies.
