Brittney A. Rudolph is an Associate in the firm’s Health Care, Litigation & Government Investigations, Federal Grants, Government Contracts, and Employment practice groups. Ms. Rudolph assists health care entities, including Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and lab companies, federal grant recipients, and other organizations on litigation matters and a range of transactional matters pertaining to contracting, regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse, and reimbursement matters.
Ms. Rudolph provides counsel to FQHC clients regarding how to address governance, management, and operational challenges, including those related to contracting with Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) or other providers, telehealth, and Medicaid Change in Scope requests, and remain compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and guidance. In particular, she advises clients regarding the Public Health Service Act, its implementing regulations, and guidance from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), including the Health Center Compliance Manual and Site Visit Protocol, and other federal agencies. Ms. Rudolph also advises FQHC clients regarding receiving designation as a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA)-covered entity.
Ms. Rudolph also provides counsel to federal grant recipients and subrecipients regarding compliance with the applicable Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards and responding to government investigations or disallowances.
