Ted Waters to Participate in Colloquium on Federal Grants Guidance

Ted Waters, managing partner of Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP and nationally recognized for his expertise in federal grants law, will be participating in “The New Federal Grants Guidance: A Historic Shift,” a colloquium hosted by The George Washington University Law School Government Procurement Law Program and the Federal Bar Association – DC Chapter.

The colloquium, on Thursday, February 27th beginning at 9:30 a.m., will address the history and purpose of the OMB’s new grants guidance (the “Supercircular”), key elements of the new guidance, how the new guidance will change grants administration, and the guidance’s impact on procurement, anti-corruption and international trade practices.
