Ted Waters to Speak at the Community Action Partnership 2012 Annual Convention

Ted Waters, partner of Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP, who is nationally recognized for his expertise in Head Start and Federal Grants Law, will be participating in a Head Start Town Hall event on August 21, 2012. As part of the Community Action Partnership’s Annual Convention held in New York, NY, Mr. Waters, along with representatives from the Community Action Partnership Head Start Task Force and the National Head Start Association, will discuss an update on Head Start, Community Action and Head Start redesignation. This event welcomes all participants and will feature a question and answer session.
